• The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as when received
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
• Products with broken seals
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact our customer service team at contact@jointsfauna.world with your order number and reason for return
• Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
• Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
• Step 4: Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
• Step 5: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

Please note: Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you via email within 5 business days of receiving your return
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
• Refund amount will be the product price minus any applicable fees (if the return is not due to our error)

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage and packaging
• Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until instructed
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

• Contact us immediately with your order number and details of the incorrect item
• We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at no cost to you
• We will ship the correct item as soon as possible

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

• Return the original product following our return process
• Place a new order for the desired product
• Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund for the original purchase

10. Cancellations

Order cancellation policy:
