1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within the United States. If international shipping is available for your destination, available options and fees will be shown at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard U.S. shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days after dispatch (if available at checkout)
Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout before order confirmation. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website and at checkout.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (when provided by the carrier).
6. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Please verify your shipping details before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-routed packages.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@jointsfauna.world and include your order number. We will work with the carrier and provide next steps, including replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has been dispatched.
